My passion has always been in Food & Drink. The last 20 years has seen me running events for weddings, parties & corporate. Multi-hyphenated in (& outside) hospitality, I wanted to bring my years of performance front (& backstage) of house closer to the forefront.

I believe food is more than a source of fuel. It’s a pleasure and should be enjoyed as such. I enjoy training our teams, paring things back to ensure we’re making great food, with no fuss, and consistently delivered. Simple, delicious and inspired.
