Tipping Policy – Leafi Limited

At Leafi Limited, we believe in complete fairness and transparency regarding any appreciation shown to our venue teams. In compliance with the UK Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023, 100% of all customer tips go directly to our staff.

1. Cash-Only Tipping Policy

• Counter Service Format: Because our venues operate on a counter-service basis, we do not offer or accept card-based digital tips or discretionary service charges on card readers.
• 100% to Staff: 100% of any cash tips left by customers at our counters or tip jars belong entirely to the venue staff on duty.
• Zero Company Deductions: Leafi Limited takes no cut, management fee, or administrative deduction from cash tips.

2. Staff Management & Wages

• Independent Staff Allocation: Cash tips are retained and managed directly by the shift and venue staff. Leafi Limited does not participate in, direct, or dictate the collection or distribution of cash tips.
• Wages Protection: Tips are received strictly in addition to statutory wages and are never used to substitute or count towards the National Minimum Wage.
