Without doubt, the menu is at the core of all culinary experiences, and as self confessed 'foodies' we provide an in-depth scrutiny of all aspects of our menus and food ranges. We ensure the final dish tastes fantastic & is beautifully presented. We source suppliers of the highest quality who guarantee animals are well treated. We have a very 'hands on' approach and are personable.

Our creative expertise and organisational flair will ensure your event wiill always leave a positive impression.

We will ensure our 3 core suppliers - of vegetable, meat & fish - share our philosophy and have a clear understanding of our expectation.

Our people are as important as our menus and food. We have a core number of staff who love working with us and have an insatiable enthusiasm for the company. We hold all our staff in high regard as we believe they are the working cogs within our company and must be treated well to perform well.

We give all of our clients the support they need to ensure their event is an absolute success. We endeavour to fulfil all requests, whether that be sourcing specialist performers to add to their evening's entertainment or popping to the local supermarket. Nothing is too much trouble.

We believe the service our company offers is second to none. Both Fiona and myself are always on hand to ensure our clients have peace of mind. As one of our clients very kindly said and I quote,

'Let's face it, people never use Leafi just once'

Liam & Fiona

Worked and trained together at the Royal festival Hall from 1989 to 1995, where they quickly became firm friends. They have maintained close contact over the years and share the same passion for fine food, fine wine and great service.

They set up Leafi in February 2006 and feel they have got something quite special. Each of them have strengths in different complimenting areas but together make up the whole experience that is Leafi.

Liam Farrell

Liam's experience has been primarily catering within museums & galleries. He has organised events for royalty, politicians, weddings as well as numerous other occasions.

He has absolute passion about food and people. His philosophy is to offer great food that is simple and tasty. He is an animal lover and therefore ensures all our meat comes from farmers who have the same care he does as well as sourcing other sustainable core products.

Fiona Barber

Fiona trained and qualified as a chef but primarily her work has been front of house.

Her experience is mostly corporate and conference, her organisational flair is exceptional and her attention to detail is second to none.

She has a very hands on approach and enjoys training and developing her staff. Her expectations are high and the loyal client base is a testament to her passion and dedication

She has an understanding of large company expectations as well as private client's needs.
